In todays real estate market, staging along with a professional photo shoot could be the special ingredients for attracting “that” serious buyer. If will definitely set you apart and generate traffic. More traffic increases your likelihood of finding “that” buyer.

I am known, (with permission) to move and re-arrange a house when shooting for real estate - I am just as interested in making the house sell as the Realtor so I do my part in making it looks it’s best and that means straightening up when needed and moving things around, sometimes from room to room - using what’s in the house throughout the house - however, no re-arranging the tidying up can hold up to having a house professionally staged.

So it was a joy to find this cute little house professionally staged - and what a difference it made!
